• Surrounded by high residential occupancy.
• Malls, shopping centers, hospitals, universities, and airports are ideal locations.

Site Criteria:

• Shopping center end caps, food courts/clusters, and freestanding buildings.
• Typically 600-800 sq. ft. for food court locations and 1200-1800 sq. ft for in-line locations.
• Patio seating preferred.
• Excellent store visiblity.
